Patricia is licensed by the state of Tennessee as a Marriage & Family Therapist and maintains a private practice in Franklin, TN. She works with individuals, couples and families experiencing the effects of Trauma. She also provides trauma intensives.
Patricia earned a BS degree in Food and Nutrition from Michigan State University. She began working as a Quality Assurance Inspector for Stouffers Frozen Food, a division of Nestle while working into Corporate Product Development. She started new and reformulated frozen food products from a kitchen recipe to it’s 2,000 lb. commercialization.
She transitioned into owning a Nashville Restaurant, segued Product Development Manager for Cracker Barrel and finally, owning an Internet/fax advertising company. After selling the last company, Patricia entered the Masters’ program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca University in Nashville, TN, graduating in 2008.
Patricia has been implementing the Somatic Experiencing, (SE) model since 2014. She has become a SE assistant for trainings in Atlanta & St Louis and is currently coordinating the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Training in Tennessee.
She is a member of two developmental trauma training groups. She also integrates advanced trainings of Brainspotting, Level 2 EMDR, DBT, Primitive Reflex, Attachment, Somatic Touch and additional Somatic models into her sessions. Patricia works with many clients who are struggling with the following conditions: Lyme Disease, Black Mold, infertility, IBS, women’s sexual pain and negative reaction, DID, Abuse, PTSD, Developmental Trauma, concussions, and car accidents.
