Therapy Groups

Therapy groups are led by mental health practitioners and are open to the community.  Group therapy is unique in that it allows for exploration of the interpersonal styles, interactions and dynamics among group members.  Examples of topics therapy groups may focus on include: mindfulness, social skills, emotion regulation, anxiety, grief and loss, etc.  NPI members who are facilitating a group are encouraged to share information about the group on this page.
